PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk
PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. is the largest self-rolled cigarette producer in Indonesia, with a variety of brands including Manna, Butterfly, Kuda Terbang, DC 9, Djago Tarung, Mawar Anggrek, Kuda Terbang Merah, Kuda Terbang Biru, and many more. The company sells to both the domestic Indonesian market as well as Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. Following IndoSterling Group’s investment, the company successfully listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of 4 July 2019, and began a new chapter in its history.
PT XC Cleanindo
IndoSterling Group is a pre-IPO investor in PT XC Cleanindo, which is the largest player in industrial cleaning in Indonesia. With the continued growth of the manufacturing and business sector, the demand for industrial cleaning has risen continuously over the past few years, and we believe that PT XC Cleanindo is in a strong competition to compete.
PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk
IndoSterling Group came on board as an Anchor Investor at PT Cisadane Sawit Raya’s IPO, assisting one of Indonesia’s leading palm oil plantations and mills to help accelerate the company’s expansion plan. PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (IDX ticker code: CSRA) operates one Indonesia’s leading palm oil plantations and mills with strong track record spanning over 25 years. The company currently has six subsidiary companies, of which the majority were acquired as green-field projects. At this juncture, the company possesses 29,000 hectares palm oil estates and embedded land of approximately 17,500 hectares with its annual FFB production reaching 260,000 tons. As palm oil remains one of Indonesia’s key economic growth drivers, going forward, the company has a positive outlook to grow continuously, progress and develop the company’s business to reach its prosperity at higher altitudes while continuing to promote harmony between people and the environment. Following the investment made by Indosterling Group, the company has successfully listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 8th, 2020 to embark on a new journey of growth, discovery, and learning.
PT Era Prima Adi Cipta Kreasindo (Epack)
IndoSterling Group made a strategic Pre-IPO investment at a full-service flexible packaging manufacturing company. PT Era Prima Adi Cipta Kreasindo is a full-service flexible packaging manufacturing company based in Tangerang located in Banten Province. Currently, the company provides quality flexible packaging to wide range of industries, comprising of Confectionary, Dry Food, Seasonings, Fresh, Refrigerated and Frozen Foods, Coffee, Tea and Liquid Pouches, Personal and Home Care, Chemistry and other Specialty Markets. The company always strives to maintain and provide superior quality and service to each of its customers. The company aims to continuously expand its business to monetize the growing potential of Indonesia flexible packaging market. On top of that, PT Era Prima Adi Cipta Kreasindo sees its nonpareil quality will propel to lead the market in the future.
PT Sinar Asia Permata
IndoSterling Group made a strategic Pre-IPO stake at one of Indonesia’s budget hotel operators. PT Sinar Asia Permata commenced its operations through a humble beginning in 2013 with the long term objective of establishing a number of hotels, particularly in the budget category. The company, currently, owns a Fave Hotel Hasyim Ashari located in Tangerang area. Fave Hotel Tangerang currently has 112 rooms split into three categories which are 100 standard rooms, ten deluxe rooms and two suite rooms. On top of that, it also aims to offer a full spectrum of hospitality services by providing number of meeting rooms with different capacity to cater for different type of needs. The hotel has five meeting rooms which includes Mozart Room (112.2 sqm), Einstein Room (49.8 sqm), Da Vinci Room (36.8 sqm), Beethoven Room (36.8 sqm) with the last room being the Function Hall with the capacity of handling 250 pax. Going forward, the company aims to progress continuously in a bid to seize the opportunity of the current government’s commitment to boost tourism and hospitality industry.
